  • Apply institutional disposal of file regulations
  • Report on fraudulent documentation
  • Provide reports as required
  • Convert traditional to digital files
  • Update records of deceased students


  • Verify registration details
  • Verify qualifications obtained
  • Arrange for historic data to be transferred to ITS where required
