Step 2: Programme Availability

Change of minds are not accepted for certain programmes. Please ensure your desired programme allows change of minds by visiting Programme Availability.

Step 3: Application Guidelines

3. Follow the steps below to submit your application:

How to Apply:

• Download the Change of Mind form Click here to download
• Complete the form and attach:
  • A certified copy of your ID.
  • A certified copy of your Matric certificate.
• Pay the non-refundable application fee of R150.
• Save your completed form, certified copies, and proof of payment as a single PDF.
• Submit your documents via the Freshdesk Portal Submit Here
• Keep your Freshdesk reference ticket for future inquiries.

Step 4: Track Your Application

4. After submitting, you can track the status of your application.

Important Notes:

• Applications will not be processed if:
  • You do not meet the minimum requirement.
  • The application fee has not been paid.
• No late applications or changes will be accepted from international students.
• Applications are subject to space availability and will close once programmes are full.

Programmes Where Change of Mind is NOT Accepted:

• College of Health Sciences.
• Bachelor of Law(LLB)
• B Bus Admin
• B Social Work.
• Bachelor of Education
• All Science programmes in the PMB campus
